When is the soonest you can create a design?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee will be added. Call us to find out.
Will I receive multiple designs to choose from?
ONLY Platinum and Gold packages will receive multiple designs to choose from.
What is considered a design concept?
One design concept is one logo, two design concepts are two logos, and so forth...You will not be charged extra if you want multiple colors of the same concept.
How do I make a payment?
You may pay through PayPal, CashApp or ApplePay.
What if I don't like my design?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. It is extremely important to be thorough and detailed in your explanation of your desired design. You will receive 3 revisions free of charge.
